Initiate Return Request
Log into your account or visit our Support Portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the cameras, DVRs, and cables in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
